UIT Bhilwara Plot Scheme Draw Result 2025: Winner List and Refund Process

UIT Bhilwara finally announced the Lottery result date. The lottery for 3801 plots will be released on the 30th of September 2025. If you have already applied for this housing scheme, then your wait is finally over. In this lottery draw, you can check the winner’s name list and application number and a few other details.

All applicants who have already submitted their application form to get the Plot Under the UIT Bhilwara Awas Yojana, now here I have some very good news about it. The good news is that UIT Bhilwara is going to conduct the Draw result on the occasion of the coming Navratri. AS per the latest information, the Bhilwara Urban Improvement Trust is now, after the Shradh, preparing to conduct the Draw to distribute the plots to the applicants. So the date on which this Draw is going to be conducted is 30th September 2025.

As per the statement given by the Trust Sachiv, Mr. Lalit Goyal, they are going to conduct the Draw according to the area.  Under this, the Income criteria and reservation of the candidates are also Set.

There is a residential plot scheme launched with the name of Bhilwara Awas Yojana. Under this scheme, there are a total of 3801 residential plots available at the different locations of the Bhilwara City.  So there are so many residents of the Rajasthan State, who submitted the online application form before the last date, i.e. 15^th July 2025. Now they are waiting for the Draw Result.

UIT Bhilwara Draw Conducted According to Area Wise

The trust committee is going to conduct this draw result according to the area-wise. Under this UIT Bhilwara, there are a total of 3081 Residential Plots available at different locations. For these 3081 plots total 50 Thousands 75 applications were successfully received by the authority. Draw Result Reservation and Income Category

The draw is going to be conducted according to the locations and the income category, and reservations already set by the authority. So the applications that are received according to the income category will be in a different category. Women belong to every category and get the reservation.

• Low Income Group.
• Middle Income group.
• High Income Group.
• Reservation given to women belongs to every category.

What is UIT Bhilwara Awas Yojana?

There is a residential plot scheme has been launched at a different location in Bhilwara City. In this awas yojana, there are a total of 3801 vacant residential plots available, and interested applicants submit their application form from 2nd June to 30th June. But after some time, due to high demand, the last date was extended from 30th June to 15th July 2025.

After accepting the application form, some incomplete application forms and people who don’t meet the eligibility criteria there applications rejected by the authority. So now a total of 90,075 applications have been received, for which now authority is now going to conduct the Draw for the lottery on 30th September 2025.

Who can apply?

• It is important to be a permanent citizen of the Rajasthan State, for which you need to submit your original residence proof issued by the tehsildar.
• The age of the applicant to get the benefits of the plots must be a minimum of 18 years.
• There are no plots in the name of the applicant issued under the government scheme.
• You must have to apply under your income category.

• To check the UIT Bhilwada plot scheme draw result, applicants have to visit n the official website:- lsg.rajasthan.gov.in/uitbhilwara.
• On the homepage, there is a section for press releases.
• In this section, all the latest information related to UIT Bhilwada will be updated on a regular basis.
• After the draw result, the allotment list will be uploaded in this press release section.
• When you click on the allotment list, the complete PDF will open on your screen. You can check your name in this list.
• If your name is not in the list, then you can proceed with the refund process.

How to Get a Refund Back?

Now, all applicants who submitted their application form and want to withdraw their form and now want to get back their refund before the draw date, then they will get the whole registration amount. They don’t charge any kind of deduction fee.

But on the other side, if the applicant wants to get their registration amount back after the draw is conducted, then there is a deduction of 5% from their total amount.

Allotment Process

Under this scheme, if husband and wife submit their form jointly, then their total income is not more than Rs 6 Lakhs, then they have to apply in the middle Income Category. You must submit your income proof, and if any of the family members are paying any income tax,  then also submit their proof documents.
