So now the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited provides the subsidy on the installation of a Rooftop Solar system within just 15 days. The subsidy is released by the corporation, and vendors work in Tandem. The coordinator of the TNPDCL organized the meeting for the Rooftop Solar Scheme and also said that no field assistance engineer insist for the hardcopy from the empanelled vendors and from consumers of the state.
It is also important for the vendors to work carefully while entering the data of the consumer on the national portal of the scheme. After it, if the vendor and consumer work in Tandem, then the consumer will get the subsidy amount within just 15 days after the installation of the Rooftop Solar.

Under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme of the central Government they gives the subsidy of Rs.30,000/- for the rooftop solar system upto 3kW. On the other hand if the solar rooftop system is above 3kW i.e. 10kW, then they will get the subsidy amount of Rs.18,000/-. And to implement this scheme in the state of Tamil Nadu the total budget of Rs.236 Crore also be disbursed as subsidy amount.

Choose TNPDCL: After registering on the portal you also need to choose the Tamil Nadu electricity Distribution company for your distribution of the system.
Vendor Selection: it is also important to choose the vendor from the empanelled list for the installation of Rooftop Solar system.
Installation: then the selected vendor will installed the system on your roof.
Verify: after the installation, vendor need to completed the verification and then within 15 days, the subsidy amount according to your system will be credited in the bank account of the consumer who installed the system.

Then have to click to apply online. Then if you are new users complete the registration. Click on the Registration.
The registration form open in front of you, here you need to select the state Tamil Nadu and district.
Kindly Select the company i.e. TANGEDCO.
Enter your consumer account, mobile number, email id and verify it. You will received the One time password.
Kindly put the OTP and then registered.
It will complete the registration process and then close the button.
