This number is developed by the Centre for Medrnising Government Initiative. This is work with the collaboration with Meta. This Whatsapp Chatbot can be access in both the language like Odia and English. The announcement about this has been made on 26th September 2025. This is going to provide the services to all citizen By March 2026. After Launching this Whatsapp Number, Now Odisha state become the 2nd State of India after Andhra Pradesh partner of the Meta.
