The National program which is launched by the Central Government of India i.e. National Family Benefit scheme  also implement in the state of Telangana. Under this program every poor families of the state will received the financial aid by the government at the time of death of their head of the family who is also the primary breadwinners due to regardless of the cause. The amount which is given under this scheme to the family is Rs.20,000/- which is lump sum amount and given only one time. The benefits is given on the death of every breadwinner’s of the family.

What is National Family Benefit Scheme?

This scheme is also known as Family welfare scheme launched under National Social assistance program. Under which one time financial held be given to the family of the deceased poor breadwinners. After the local inquiry if the deceased found the head of the family, then they will be eligible to received the such benefits from the government. At the time of death of the deceased person must be 18 years to 60 years.

• The age of the deceased persons is more than 18 years and below 60 years.

Applications under this scheme can be submitted through online and offline mode. And after approve of your form, you will received the financial aid of Rs.20,000/- direct in your account through Direct benefits Transfer of scheme.

Offline Process

• If you wants to apply offline for this scheme, then you have to collect all the documents list given above.
• Then have to visit to the nearest local office of Taluka Jan Seva Kendra or Garm Panchayat you Belongs.
• Then fill the application and submit along with documents in the same office.
• Then after review your application form, the amount is credited in  account which you given with form.

Online Process

• Now if you wants to apply online for this scheme, then you have to download the UMANG App in your device.
• Then using your valid mobile number login in the account.
• When you successfully login in the account you have to search for NSAP.
• Then click on link apply online.
• Enter the complete details and mode of payment.
• Submit it. You received the amount.
