To generate self-employment and income, the state government of Bihar launched a new scheme to provide Financial support to all the women of the state. In which women received the financial amount of Rs 10,000/- as the first instalment to start their self-employment of their own choice. This scheme is introduced with the name of Bihar Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana.
The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide financial support to women if they want to start their own choice of business. All the eligible women of the Bihar state will receive the first instalment under this scheme of Rs 10,000/- after 6 months. If they are running their business good, then the extra amount of Rs 2,00,000/- will also be given to beneficiaries.
All the interested women who want to get the benefits of this scheme can participate in the application process, which is available through the online and offline modes. The scheme is all managed by the Rural Development Department of the state.
Now, before the assembly election in the state of Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar announced the new scheme for the women of the state to start their choice of Business.
The scheme is already approved in the cabinet meeting, and the applications are going to be accepted from September by the eligible women of the state. Both ways, i.e. Online or offline, are accepted for the scheme/
After receiving the form, the government released the first instalment of Rs 10,000/-in the bank account of the Beneficiary through the DBT System to maintain the Transparency of the scheme. After reviewing their business, the government provided them with extra financial support of Rs 2 Lakhs.
To start this scheme in the state in a smooth way, the government also approved a budget of Rs 20,000 Crore.

Eligibility Criteria
For this scheme, beneficiaries are targeted only at the women permanent citizens of the State of Bihar.
The age of the women must be between 18 years to 60 years.
Married women can also be a part of this scheme. Apart from it, any of the women who are married and whose parents are no more can avail the benefits of the scheme.
Women and any of their family members are not taxpayers.
The husband of the woman is not in government employment.
It is important for all women that they be a part of a Self-Help Group. If you are not a member, then you have to join the Self-Help Group.

How to Receive Rs 2 Lakhs under the Scheme?
As we all know, under the Mahila Rojgar Yojana, women will receive the first instalment of Rs 10,000. But after 6 months of review, the status of the business of the women, the government gives an extra amount of Rs 2 Lakhs to the eligible women. But the amount of Rs 2 Lakhs is given as a Loan, which is given at 12% interest.

Now, as I already told you that you can submit the application form under this scheme in both ways, i.e. online and offline. So here I am going to discuss both ways briefly.
Apply Online Process
The Women who belong to the Urban area of the Bihar state can apply through the online mode.
To accept the online application form, the department is going to release its official online website for the scheme.
All the eligible women can complete their registration on the same developed portal with their Aadhar Card Number.
To date, the website has not been launched or developed by the government. But very soon they are going to launch. As and when we get the same information, we share it with our visitors.
Apply Offline Process
Now, the women who belong to the Rural areas of the Bihar state can submit their offline application form.
As recently as two days government launched the guidebook in which they stated that Rural area women will have to submit their application form near the Cluster Level federation.
Very soon, they are going to conduct the meeting and then they will invite the offline application form from the eligible women.
After getting the form, they will be forwarded their application form to the block office, and then officials will upload the data online.
Then, after verifying their form with documents, the amount of Rs 10,000/- will be sent to their bank account.
