Now, the submission of the online application for the Bihar government scheme, i.e. Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana, can be done on its newly launched portal. So the name of the portal, which is launched, is mmry.brlps.in. With the help of this portal, all the eligible beneficiary women of the state can submit their online application form. The starting date of submitting the application form for this scheme is started from 7th September 2025 through this online portal.
All members of the self-help group who want to avail the benefits of the scheme don’t need to submit the online form; apart from it, they only have to contact their ALO or CRP of their area. Then the ALO or CRP conduct the meeting of the Self Help Group Members and then collects their application form for the scheme.
After the submission of the online application form, all the successful women will receive the first instalment of this scheme as financial aid of Rs 10,000/- at the end of this month, i.e. September 2025.
On 29th August 2025, the state government of Bihar, under the Guidelines of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, launched the scheme for the empowerment of women, Mahila Rojgar Yojana. Under which they are going to provide the financial assistance of Rs 10,000 as the first instalment of the scheme. With the help of which they can start any small kind of business to generate their regular income for their families.
After verifying their running business, an additional 2 Lakhs in Income will also be given to all the eligible women.
Motive of Scheme
The main motive to launch this scheme is to provide support in the shape of Financial assistance to start their own choice of any kind of small business, in which every woman is going to receive an amount of Rs 10,000, which is also known as the First instalment.

To apply through the help of mmry.brlps.In the portal of the Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana, you have to follow some of the steps, which are given below.
You have to visit the official website of the scheme, i.e. mmry.brlps.in. Now you will see that the home page of the website is open in front of you.
Now, here you need to find the link to Apply Online, then click on it.
On the next page, you will see that a new page opens in front of you.
Then you have to go with the link of Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana ( Urban) To Avail the benefits. Click on the link. Click on it.
Now, in the next process, you will get the question, i.e. Are you a Member of the Self-help group? Given the reply of yes or no. Because if you are, then you can not apply online for it. You can apply only with the help of the ALO of your area. So if you are not a member of the group, then go with the option of No.
After clicking on the link of No, the declaration form opens in front of you. Accept the declaration, and then the form will also open in front of you.
Start adding the details like Aadhar card Number, Your Husband/Father’s Name and a valid registered mobile number and generate OTP.
Then, after entering the OTP, follow the next steps.
After completing all the steps, you can save your registration/ application number.
Verification After Registration
After applying online, the officials will verify the application form and their documents. Once the verification is done, you will become a member of Jeevika.
After becoming a member of the Jeevika Self Help Group, you will be able to avail the benefits under Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana.

All women who have already completed their registration process with the help of this portal can also check their application status, which they submitted.
