Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. MK Stalin, launched the new scheme for the welfare of the citizens of the state. The name of this scheme is Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme. Under this scheme, the state government offer the services of the different Government Departments at the doorstep of the citizen. Firstly, this scheme was introduced in December 2023. All 15 departments provide the basic 44 services to the people of the state, like Transfers of Patta and old age pension scheme applications, etc.

Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme
The announcement of this scheme has been made by the Chief Minister, MK Stalin, of Tamil Nadu. With the help of this scheme government organised the special camps in 38 different districts of the state and then collected the complaints, grievances and petitions from the citizens of the state belonging to the different government departments. After receiving the complaints from the citizen government can resolve their issue within 30 days.

We all know most of the citizens are not satisfied with the service of the various government departments of the state, but they are unable to file a complaint and get a solution for the same. But now with the help of this scheme, they can easily take the actions.
To resolve such issues government launched the Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme under the guidelines of the CM MK Stalin on 18th December 2023. The name of the scheme means Chief Minister with the People.
To provide the benefits government conduct special camps which are organised by the Municipalities, Panchayat, Corporation and Town Panchayat.
In this scheme total of 15 departments are added with their 44 Basic Services for the citizens, and they also get the issues resolved within 30 days from the date of filing complaints.

How to Apply For Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme?
To participate in the Makkaludan Mudhalvar Scheme, you need to find the location of the camp that is nearest to your location and then register with the services.
There are a total of 15 departments available in the Camps, and officers of such departments available on behalf of the department.
Then you have to provide all kinds of details for services, and also complain to such government officers.
Then, if your services and complaint are genuine, then your application forwarded to the concerned department.
Then the status of your application is also sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. You can also check your application status.

As I already told you that when your service and complaint form is accepted by the officials, and then forwarded to the department for resolving the issue. The status of the application has already been sent to the registered mobile number of the applicant. But if by chance you don’t get it, then after following the steps:
First of all have to open the Tamil Nadu Single Window Portal for Planning Permission.
Now you will see the home page of the website open in front of you with the different options.
Now you have to click on Application Status, and you again get the multiple options.
But in between the multiple options, you have to click on Makkaludan Mudhalvar (MM) Application Status.
Now have to enter the Application Number and then click on Check Status.
