What is Swayampurna Maharashtra Residential Rooftop Solar Scheme 2025?
Smart which is known as Swayampurna Maharashtra Residential Rooftop Scheme under which government provide the benefits of the subsidy which is extra for the consumers who using 100 units or below it. Under this scheme the specially benefits will be given to the people of Below Poverty like( BPL ) and Economically Weaker Section ( EWS) Consumers of the state. Till date in this scheme total 1.54 Lakhs BPL families and 3.4 Lakhs EWS Families get benefits. In this scheme you can not only reduced your electricity bill but by generating the electricity earn the extra amount of income by selling your extra surplus solar power to the government.

The process to apply online is very easy kindly follow the steps given below:-
All the interested applicants need to open the official website of MSEDCL.
Now here first of all have to registered as new consumer and add the electricity connection information.
You can also check your eligibility on the basis of your consumption of electricity on monthly basis.
Upload the documents for the same.
Here need to select the Empanelled vendor from the list given.
After it, you will get the technical assessment for your rooftop.
After assessment you will get the approval and subsidy disbursement details.
Approved vendor will installed the rooftop solar under the scheme.
Then final inspection can be made by the MSEDCL Officials.
After all you get the subsidy amount benefits in your bank account.

Permanent residents of Maharashtra state.
You must be domestic electricity consumer.
Your monthly electricity consumption must be less than 100 units.
