Previously, the survey was conducted by the village/ward Secretariat staff. Now the government has opened the option in which unemployed youth can register themselves free of cost. On the official web portal, you have to provide information about the applicant’s Personal details, education qualifications, skills, and language knowledge. Jobs offered under the scheme are basically based on the educational qualification of the applicant. Koushalam is also pronounced as Kaushalam by the youth. But the meaning of both words is are same.

If your qualification is up to 10th and intermediate, then there is no need to upload documents.
Applicants who completed their Graduation/Post-Graduation/Diploma, or professional course must upload their certificate.

After Visting on the website, first of all, you need to verify your Andhra Card Number by sending OTP.
Once the Verification is completed, you need to enter the information like your College Name, course details, etc.
Then have to upload the documents of your 10th class and intermediate certificate.
Submit and in this way you complete the Registration.
AP Work From Home (Koushalam Survey) Apply Online
If you are an eligible person who wants to apply for this survey online, then visit the official website: gsws-nbm.ap.gov.in/BM/Koushalam
On the home page, you will see the ‘Work from Home’ module in the primary navigation. Select this option for registration.
When you reach on the Aadhar authentication page then you have to read the consent and then agree to it before proceeding.
Now the authentication section will be open on your screen, in which you have to enter your Aadhaar number and then click on the send OTP button.
After confirming your OTP, the Koushalam module page will open on your screen.
In this page, your personal details like name, date of birth, Gender, and state name automatically fill as per Aadhar details.
Now you have to enter your phone number and again verify with the help of OTP. After the verification, email verification is also required.
Now, after verification, save your information. On the next page, the educational detail page is open.
In the qualification section, firstly fill in the Highest qualification in which you have to choose qualification, Status, Study Field, Percentage or CGPA, pass-out year, Location of institute and university name. Upload your Certificate of Higher Education in this section.
The next section is other qualifications. If you have any diplomas, then choose that and provide details about this diploma, the percentage you got, the passing year, the location of the institution, and upload the certificate.
Cross-check all your information and finally submit the survey.
When you hit that Submit button, you will get a Pop-up of successful registration with a unique reference number. Save this reference number for future updates.
Now, Work from home updates will be received on your mobile number and email ID. You will also get information from the Sachivalayam staff.
