All the permanent citizens of the state of Tamil Nadu can avail the benefits of this scheme.
The annual income of the Family must be less than Rs 1,20,000/-.
The people who are Sri Lankan Tamils can also apply to receive the benefits of the scheme by submitting their stay rehabilitation camp Certificate. They don’t need to submit their income certificate.
Any of the family members whose name does not appear on the Ration card is not eligible to obtain the benefits of the scheme.
