GMADA Eco City 2 Plot Scheme 2025
This is almost 12 Years delayed for the GMADA to Launch its scheme. Now they all are set to Launched its Ecocity-2 Extension Scheme 2025 in New Chandigarh. These all residentials plots are located in Hoshiarpur Village and scheme is launched in September Last Week. This is the 8th project of the GMADA as township Project. The Land which is used under this scheme is acquired by the FMADA in 2013 and then compensation also given to the landowner under Land pooling Policy.

About GMADA Ecocity-2 Extension Scheme?
As I already told you that this is the 8th Township Project of the authority. This project is already spread in the area of 96 acres. This land acquired by the authority in 2013 under Land Pooling Policy. In this new township project of the authority you will get the both residential and commercial plots. There are 135 Residential Plots available of One Kanal and 18 Plots available for Two Kanal. The price for these plots will be fixed of Rs.5,500 per Square Yards. Under this scheme authority will going to allot residentials plots through Draw systema and commercial plots will be allotted on site through auction.
To Provide the basic facilities to the citizen with this township project, GMADA already gives the Tenders of Rs.50 Crore to engineer for Floated Roads, Water supply connection, electrical works and Sewerage. Authority also applied for the environmental clearance certificate which is going to received within week.

The features of this scheme is that after introducing this scheme by the authority provide 300 Sq. Yards Commercial showrooms and 60 Sq. Yards Double Story Bay shops
Residential Plots: In this scheme there are total 153 residential Plots available in which 135 Plots of 500 Sq. Yards and 18 Plots of 1000 Sq. Yards.
Housing Societies: 2.50 acres Land available for Group Housing societies.
School Site: 4 Acres Land for School site.
Commercial Plots: In this scheme 68 commercial Plots available in which 9 Plots of 300 Sq. yards, 43 Plots of 121 Sq. Yards and 16 Plots of 60 Sq. Yards.
Club and Sports Complex: This scheme also features the 3.04 Acres Land for Club or sports complex.
This scheme is Launched as GMADA Ecocity-2 scheme in Hoshiarpur Village at New Chandigarh. In which 96 Acres Land acquired by the authority under Land Pooling Policy in 2013. In this scheme the draw can be conducted only for the residential property. So the price or cost of the residential Plots available under this scheme is Rs.55,000/- Per Sq. yards.

Application Process
Online: You can apply online for this scheme after visiting the official website of the GMADA.
Offline: Applicants need to fill the application form and then along with Earnest Money and application money which non refundable through Demand Draft submit the form at any Branch.

For the residential Plots the application opens from 1st October 2025, as the announced by the Authority. but this scheme is facing some delay, because this scheme is Launched after 12 years.
