Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) is planning to launch a new housing scheme during this Navratri with the name of Kushmi Enclave. GDA Gorakhpur is working to start a multistorey housing scheme in the Gorakhnath area near Diwali. The Palm Paradise housing scheme was launched by GDA, which offers 120 affordable flats for the economically weaker section and low-income group categories. In this housing scheme, the price of a flat will start from Rs 6 lakh and go up to Rs 10 lakh. Allotment of a flat will be done through the e-lottery system. Now the Possession of these flats is expected near Diwali 2025

This is a multi-story housing project located in the Gorakhnath area.

Khorabar Housing Scheme
This is also a project by Gorakhpur Development Authority in which they construct 4 residential Towers. In this, 4 Towers 2 for MIG and 2 for LIG are constructed. This project offers 420 Mini MIG flats and 480 flats. This project is also near its completion, and it will be completed by Diwali 2025
Eligibility
This project is for the applicants who belong to the economically weaker section (EWS), low-income group (LIG) and mini MIG category.
This scheme is only for applicants who do not have their own property in Gorakhpur.

Kushmi Enclave Scheme
GDA is planning to launch a multi-story housing scheme named Kushmi Enclave during this Navratri 2025. In this project, GDA will offer 286 flats of different sizes. Flat with size and price are mentioned below:

The construction work of this project will start from this month, and the estimated completion time is 2.5 years. In this project, there are 2 blocks with the names of A and B Blocks.

In Block B, 3 towers will be constructed up to 11 floors with a stilt.
Ground +1 clubhouse and ground +1 shopping complex are also constructed in this project.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be a permanent citizen of India.
Age of the applicant is a minimum of 18 years at the time of application.
If you want to apply under the EWS or LIG category, then your annual income for EWS is between 3 to 6 lakh and for LIG, it will be Rs 6 to Rs 12 lakh.
In some schemes, if you have a property in Gorakhpur, then you are not eligible to participate in that housing scheme
