DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 Registration: EWS 1172 Flats Eligibility, Last Date

From today registration process is started for 1172 low-cost flats on first come first-served basis. The flats are located in different locations like Narela, Loknayak Puram, Manglapuri, Dwarka, Rohini, Todapur, Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector 14, etc. Interested buyers can register from the 11th of September, and the flat booking process will start from the 22nd of September. On 9th September 2025, by announced its new scheme officially with the name of DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana for the different income categories. Eligibility Criteria

• All applicants who are permanent citizens of India are eligible for the scheme.
• At the time of applying for this scheme applicant must have attained the age of majority, i.e. above 18 years.
• There is no kind of restriction on the applicant if they own any kind of property in their name in Delhi.
• The annual family income of the applicant and joint applicant is not more than Rs 10 Lakhs for EWS Flats.
• While filling the application form for this scheme, the applicant should have to provide the details of the savings bank account details which is in the name of the applicant only.
• Also have to provide the details of the PAN Card of the applicant in the form.

• Indian Citizenship Proof like Passport, Voter ID Card.
• Aadhar Card of the applicant and co-applicant, if any.
• Age proof.
• Family Income certificate for EWS/ Janta category.
• For the reserved category, submit the documents like disability proof, caste certificate, etc.

Jan Sadharan Awas Allotment Process

Under this scheme, the allotment process can be done on the basis of First Come and First Served. So as soon as you get the details about the scheme, complete the registration from the starting date, i.e. 11^th September 2025.

Registration Fee

First-time users who have to register first time on the portal of DDA Awas Portal, at the time of completing the registration, need to pay the Registration Fee. The amount of the registration fee is Rs 2,500/-. Users or applicants who have already registered on the DDA Aawas Portal don’t have to pay any registration fee again.

EWS/Janta Flats Booking Fee

After completing the registration, the applicant who fills the booking form on the portal will have to pay the Booking amount for the EWS/Janta Flats available under this scheme. So the Booking amount is Rs 50,000/-. There is no restriction on the number of flats booked by a single applicant.

Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana Registration

First-time users have to complete the registration process on the official website of the Delhi Development Authority.

• First of all, you need to visit the Official website of DDA, i.e. eservices.dda.org.in.

• You can check the Scheme Official Circular before proceeding to the registration page.
• Now, on the home page of the portal, you have to click on User Registration, and then the new registration form opens in front of you.
• Start putting the details about Your Name, email ID, Mobile Number, Pan Card Number, Date of birth, Aadhar Card Number, Gender and generate OTP.

• Then OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, which you enter and then enter.
• Now, using the OTP, you login in to the account and then have to pay the first-time registration fee of Rs 2,500/-.

How to Book Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana EWS/Janta Flats Online?

• Now, after completing the registration, you can login in to your account and then find the scheme Name.
• Then click on book now and then fill in the booking form.
• Pay the booking amount of Rs 50,000/- for one flat.
• You can book the number of Flats in your Name and pay the separate booking amount for all the flats you want to book.
