When the demand survey was conducted by the housing board then this scheme attracted more than 7,468 Applicants for 372 flats available with the scheme. At that time, the applicants with the application for depositing the booking price of Rs 10,000 for HIG and MIG Flats and for EWS Flats, they deposit Rs 5,000/-. The applying candidates must be the permanent Indian Citizen.
At the time of apply for this scheme the age of the applicant must be above 18 years.
From each of the family only one applicant cans submit their form for one category of housing unit available.

The allotment of the flats can be made by conducting the draw on a specific date. Before conducting the draw the housing board also published the date of the draw and venue. So everyone can visit the draw on such a day.
The draw also be conducted category wise. Because the reservation category come first and then general category draw conducts later.
There are two draws conducted by the board, in which the first draw you will only know about the building and then in 2nd draw the applicant will get the floor or specific flat number of the flats.
