Under the Instructions and Guidelines of the CM Nitish Kumar going to provide the benefits of monthly Financial Assistance of Rs.1,000 to all the unemployed graduate. All that unemployed youth of the Bihar State who completed their graduation degree for period of two year will get this benefits. This Financial Amount of Rs.1,000 is given to all these beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Nishchay Swayam Sahayta Bhatta Yojana.
Before this announce, scheme provide the benefits to the unemployed youth of the state who passed their intermediate exams. But now in the State Government Seven Resolves Program, the scheme is expanded. All that youth who completed their graduation degree in any of the stream like Arts, Science and Commerce.

Who Can Apply?
The Permanent citizen of the Bihar state will be eligible to apply for this scheme.
Applicant must be completed graduation for a period of two years.
Any unemployed graduated who completed graduation in Arts, Commerce, Science etc.
The age of the graduation passed youth must be between 20 to 25 years.
They are not pursuing any kind of further study and also not in any kind of Job, Self employment or obtaining any kind other benefits from central or state government employment scheme.

Application Process
All the eligible applicant have to open official website and then click on New Registration.
Then have to fill this form with the details like Name, mobile number email id etc and generate OTP.
Kindly write the OTP and then you will get the conformation massages in front of you.
Now using the email id and password, again open the official website and login the account.
Applicants have to fill the application form with the details and then confirm by click on ok, if the application fill correct.
Then proceed next and have to select the name of the scheme, for which you wants to apply.
Again fill the form and then confirm the same.

NOTE: When you apply online for this scheme, then you have to visit the Office and then have to submit your form within 60 days from the date of apply. You can visit to office at working days from 10 am to 5 Pm.
