The state government of the Bihar, again launched the welfare scheme for the workers of the unorganized sector or cleanliness drivers. The announcement of this scheme is made on the occasion of the 75th Birthday of PM Modi. There are so many other central and state program launched but The Bihar Chief Minister launched the scheme with the name of “Annual Clothing Assistance Scheme For Workers” in the unorganized sectors of the state.
In this scheme, every registered workers of the unorganized sectors will going to get the amount of Rs.5,000/-. More than 16 Lakhs registered workers available in the state and each of them get this transferred amount in their account. To run this scheme smooth in the state total budget of Rs.802 Crore also released by the CM Nitish Kumar.

What is Bihar Annual Clothing Assistance Scheme 2025?
On the occasion of the PM Modi’s 75th Birthday, the CM Nitish Kumar Bihar state transferred the amount of Rs.5,000/- in the bank account of the 16 Lakhs registered workers of the state. The department who help the government for transfer the amount of Rs.5 K in the bank account of the workers is through Bihar Building and other constructions workers Welfare Board.
There are total 16 Lakhs 4 Thousands and 929 Constructions workers, who received the such amount. So to run this scheme smooth, government need total 802 Crore rupees per year.

There already so many scheme which are running for the welfare of the registered Construction workers of the state. Now with the help of Bihar Building and other constructions workers Welfare Board, government going to distributed Rs.5,000 every year in the bank account of the beneficiary workers. Eligibility Criteria for Constructions workers
All that constructions workers of the Bihar state, who are registered with Bihar Building and other constructions workers Welfare Board.
If you are not registered with this Board, then you must have to complete the Registration. After completing the registration, you will start receiving the benefits from the side of the government and concerned board.
Registration Process
Now to complete the registration with this scheme, here are some easy steps which you all need to follow.
All the permanent citizen of the Bihar state, who have the age of 18 years to 60 years can complete their registration as constructions workers.
Before apply for this scheme and registered as constructions workers in the board, you have to gives your proof of 90 days work.
The work proof certificate can be issued by the Employer, Contractor, Building Constructions Worker Union, Assistant Labour Commissioner etc.
Citizen who work under MGNREGA can also complete the registration.
At the time of registration, workers also have to pay the Registration amount and contribution amount to the board, which is very nominal.

This Annual clothing Assistance Scheme for Workers is launched by the Board, so once you registered with the board after completing the registration, then you start avail the various welfare schemes.
