Families who have an annual income from all sources up to Rs 6,00,000/- are eligible to get these houses.
They all have to fill the online application form through online mode within the same time period.

Payment of Flats
Deposit Amount: At the time of submission of the application form, every applicant has to deposit the amount of Rs 20,000/-.
20% after Draw: Then, after the successful draw, you have to pay at least 20% of the total cost of the flats within three months from the date of the draw.
10 Equal Instalments: Then the rest of 80 per cent of the amount of the flats can be paid by the applicant in total 10 Instalments.
Maintenance Payment: at the time of paying the last instalment, you also have to pay the charges like Maintenance and other charges.
NOTE: You have to pay the rest of the 80% amount in the same bank where you deposited the 20% of the flat’s amount with a form.
