Choose Scheme: Now here the complete scheme list open in front of you. In which you have to choose the scheme name, for which you wants to apply online.
Enter Number and Generate OTP: First of all, you need to enter valid mobile number and then generate OTP. Then enter OTP and continue to apply for scheme.
Apply: After choosing the scheme, click on apply online and then have to accept terms and conditions of the scheme.
Complete Registration process; Fill the form and then complete the registration.
Pay amount: Now have to make the payment of Registration Amount.

So under this scheme 1BHk flats is available for Rs.8 Lakhs to 10Lakhs and for 2BHK Flats you need to pay Rs.20 Lakhs to 40 Lakhs.
