LDA, i.e. Lucknow Development Authority, announced the Housing scheme with the name of Vishram Nagar Housing Scheme. In which every applicant will get affordable flats. Under this scheme, there are a total of 2502 Flats available at different locations like Devpur Para and Kabir Nagar. At the time of announcement of the scheme, LDA announced that Registration for this scheme would start from June 2025, but due to some reasons, they postponed the same scheme. Now, the registration date for the scheme has not yet been announced by the authority.
The Flats, which are available under this scheme, are available for the different income categories like EWS, LIG and MMIG. At the time of announcement of the scheme, the work, like Civil, Electrics and infrastructure, was not completed, and they had targeted to complete by the month of May.
