Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is working on the planning of a 300-acre Logistic Park in the Varun Vihar Scheme. This project is going to be developed on the Agra Expressway. A Recent development seen in this project was when LDA Vice Chairman Mr Prathmesh Kumar visited the proposed site and then gave some instructions to the officials to speed up the land acquisition process. Land acquisition is one of the important parts of this housing scheme, in which they have to give compensation to farmers. He also met with the project officials, engineers working on this project and farmers having land in Dona Village.
